It is all part of the Erie County American Legion, Legion Auxiliary, Sons of the Legion and the Legion Riders annual project called "Veterans Helping Veterans." This year's project is called "Operation Military Children."
A basket raffle was held April 7 at the Newell Faulkner American Legion Post 880 in Eden, with proceeds going towards sending 20 children to Camp Pioneer in Angola for one week.
